Effective: January 9, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 104th General Assembly (A) Whoever willfully violates sections 1317.01 to 1317.11, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
