Effective: March 23, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 131 - 131st General Assembly Whoever violates section 1327.501 or 1327.54 or division (A), (B), (C), (D), or (E) of section 1327.61 of the Revised Code or a rule adopted under sections 1327.46 to 1327.61 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense within seven years after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
