Effective: October 1, 1954 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 262 - 100th General Assembly Sections 1329.41 to 1329.53, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall not be construed as preventing the enforcement of rights and remedies under any other statute concerning articles or supplies upon which a name, mark, or device indicating ownership thereof has been produced, whether or not such name, mark, or device has been filed under sections 1329.41 to 1329.53, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
