Effective: September 25, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 164 - 116th General Assembly As used in sections 1333.29 to 1333.31 of the Revised Code:(A) 'Molder' means any person, including, but not limited to, a tool or die maker, who does either of the following:(1) Fabricates, casts, or otherwise makes, or improves, a die, mold, pattern, or form to produce plastic, metal, paper, china, ceramic, glass, or rubber products;(2) Uses a die, mold, pattern, or form to manufacture, assemble, or otherwise make a plastic, metal, paper, china, ceramic, glass, or rubber product.(B) 'Customer' means any person who does either of the following:(1) Engages a molder to fabricate, cast, or otherwise make, or to improve, a die, mold, pattern, or form;(2) Engages a person to use a die, mold, pattern, or form to manufacture, assemble, or otherwise make a plastic, metal, paper, china, ceramic, glass, or rubber product.
