Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 1341.04 and 1341.05 of the Revised Code do not affect bonds required by law to be given by guardians, executors, administrators, trustees of an express trust, public officers, or any bond or undertaking required by law to be given in an action or legal proceeding in any court of this state.
