Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon notice being given as provided in section 1341.13 of the Revised Code, the board of education shall hear the application, and, if in its opinion there is good reason therefor, require the treasurer to give a new bond, conditioned according to law, and to the satisfaction of the board, within such time as it directs. If the treasurer fails to execute such bond, the office shall be vacant and shall immediately be filled as are other vacancies.
