Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The original surety mentioned in section 1341.13 of the Revised Code, shall not be released or discharged until the filing of the new bond or the expiration of the time allowed therefor under section 1341.14 of the Revised Code. The cost of the application provided for in section 1341.13 of the Revised Code shall be paid by the person making it.
