Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In an action under section 1341.20 of the Revised Code the surety may obtain any provisional remedies mentioned in Chapters 2713., 2715., 2727., and 2735. and sections 2327.03 and 2327.04 of the Revised Code, upon the grounds and in the manner provided by law.
