Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly The chief of the division of oil and gas resources management shall maintain a database on the division of oil and gas resources management's web site that is accessible to the public. The database shall list each final nonappealable order issued for a material and substantial violation under this chapter. The list shall identify the violator, the date on which the violation occurred, and the date on which the violation was corrected.
