Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly When any well is to be abandoned, it shall first be plugged in accordance with a method of plugging adopted by rule by the chief of the division of oil and gas resources management. The abandonment report shall show the manner in which the well was plugged.
