Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly The chief of the division of mineral resources management shall make an annual report to the governor and to the general assembly. The report shall identify each reclamation project, state the number of acres reclaimed by the division or persons with whom it contracts under sections 1513.20 to 1513.25 of the Revised Code, identify the county in which the project is located, and make a detailed accounting of expenditures.
