Effective: July 1, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 187 - 126th General Assembly The chief of the division of mineral resources management shall provide education and training for all mineral resources inspectors, district supervisors, and enforcement personnel. The chief shall provide, on a regular basis as funding allows, continuing education and training as necessary for all mineral resources inspectors, district supervisors, and enforcement personnel.
