Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly Whenever a corporate permittee violates a condition of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter or fails or refuses to comply with any order of the chief of the division of mineral resources management or the chief's representative, any director, officer, or agent of the corporation who purposely authorized, ordered, or carried out such violation, failure, or refusal shall be subject to the same civil penalties, fines, and imprisonment that may be imposed upon a person under this chapter.
