Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section 1513.17 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than ten thousand dollars, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.(B) Whoever knowingly violates section 1513.04 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.(C) Whoever violates division (A)(6) of section 1513.17 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
