Effective: August 23, 1978 Latest Legislation: House Bill 908 - 112th General Assembly (A) No person shall violate a rule adopted or condition of a permit issued under section 1518.03 of the Revised Code.(B) The attorney general, upon the request of the chief of the division of natural areas and preserves, shall prosecute any person who violates section 1518.02 of the Revised Code or this section.
