Effective: October 20, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 247 - 109th General Assembly Whoever violates section 1519.04 of the Revised Code, or any rule or regulation adopted by the director of natural resources pursuant to Chapter 1519. of the Revised Code, shall be fined not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars.
