Effective: January 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly Upon the completion of the dam referred to in section 1521.09 of the Revised Code to the satisfaction of the division of water resources, it shall certify the completion and the capacity thereof to the county auditor who shall thereupon make such reduction in the assessed valuation of the contiguous landowner as the contiguous landowner is entitled to receive under sections 1521.09 to 1521.12 of the Revised Code.
