Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly (A) The chief of the division of water resources shall adopt, and may amend or rescind, rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of sections 1521.21 to 1521.36 of the Revised Code. (B) Sections 1521.21 to 1521.36 of the Revised Code do not affect common law riparian rights.
