Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly (A) For purposes of this section, 'public water system' has the same meaning as in section 6109.01 of the Revised Code. (B) The chief shall provide written notice to the director of environmental protection and the permittee at least ten business days prior to requiring a permittee that is a public water system to decrease its withdrawal, or prior to revoking, suspending, or amending the public water system's permit issued under section 1521.29 of the Revised Code. Nothing in this section affects a public water system's obligation to comply with Chapter 6109. of the Revised Code and the rules adopted under it.
