Effective: October 10, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 465 - 105th General Assembly In addition to the other matters contained therein, sections 1547.71 to 1547.77, inclusive, and section 5735.051 of the Revised Code, constitute prima-facie evidence by the state of the provisions for state participation in the federal program for construction of certain harbors of refuge in navigable waters lying within the boundaries of the state as provided in Public Law 14 of the 79th congress authorized March 2, 1945, 59 Stat. 10, pursuant to House Document No. 446 of the 78th congress.
