Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly In case of controversy or disagreement between the deputy mine inspector and the owner, lessee, or agent of a mine, or persons working therein, or in case of emergency requiring counsel, the deputy mine inspector may call upon the chief of the division of mineral resources management for such assistance and counsel as is necessary.
