Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Fees received by the chief of the division of mineral resources management under sections 1561.16 to 1561.22 of the Revised Code shall be paid by the chief into the state treasury to the credit of the mining regulation and safety fund created in section 1513.30 of the Revised Code.
