Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly All money collected under sections 1561.14, 1561.16, 1561.17, 1561.18, 1561.19, 1561.20, 1561.21, 1561.22, 1561.45, and 1561.46 of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the mining regulation and safety fund created by section 1513.30 of the Revised Code. The department of natural resources shall use the money in the fund to pay the operating expenses of the division of mineral resources management.
