Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly No owner, lessee, or agent shall conduct mining operations within twenty-five feet of any known well, or locate a mine opening within three hundred feet of any well that produces oil or gas unless the owner, lessee, or agent obtains permission in writing from the chief of the division of mineral resources management.
