Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly When a working place becomes unsafe, the mine foreman shall order the persons working therein to cease mining or loading, and not remain in such working place, until it is safe, except as is necessary to make it safe.No person shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
