Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly A deputy mine inspector shall investigate the employment of miners in and about the mines in his district, and if he finds any minors employed in violation of section 1565.10 of the Revised Code, he shall make a complaint thereof to the juvenile court, or any other court having competent jurisdiction, against the employer of such minors.
