Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly Motormen and trip riders shall use care in handling the locomotive and cars, and shall see that the signal or marker is used for the purpose as provided. Motormen and trip riders shall be governed by the speed provided for in sections 1567.39, 1567.40, and 1567.41 of the Revised Code in handling cars.No person shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
