Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly Motormen, trip riders, and drivers in charge of haulage trips, passing through doors used as a means of directing the ventilation, shall see that such doors are closed promptly after the trip passes through.No person shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
