Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 597 - 123rd General Assembly Whenever, with respect to the authorization or taking of any action by the members or the directors, the articles or the regulations require the vote, consent, waiver, or release of a greater proportion or number of the members or the directors than that otherwise required by law with respect thereto, the provisions of the articles or the regulations shall control.
