Effective: September 29, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly Upon the filing of an amendment by a foreign corporation increasing its number of authorized shares in this state, the secretary of state shall issue to the corporation a supplemental license certificate setting forth the number of shares that the corporation is authorized to have represented in this state.
