Effective: October 26, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 96 - 121st General Assembly Any public improvements or public services provided to a special improvement district through a public improvements or public services plan shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any public improvements or public services provided by any participating political subdivision. A participating political subdivision may not substitute or rely in any manner upon the public improvements or public services provided to a special improvements district under a public improvements or public services plan to reduce or not increase any public improvement or public service provided or to be provided by the participating political subdivision to the area specified in any such plan.
