Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a county agricultural society ceases to exist, in a county out of whose treasury payments have been made for real estate, or improvements thereon, for the use of such society, or for the liquidation of indebtedness of such society, all such real estate and improvements shall vest in fee simple in the county by which the payments were made.
