Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of trustees of a corporation incorporated to create, hold, and manage a college endowment fund, the articles of incorporation of which provide that the fund may be applied to any object not inconsistent with the purposes of education different from that particularly specified therein, may apply to the court of common pleas in the county in which the corporation is located for permission to make such change, designating particularly the purposes to which it is proposed to apply the fund. On being satisfied that such change is not inconsistent with the object of the original creation and institution of the fund, the court shall authorize and sanction it.
