Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Eleven trustees shall constitute a quorum of the board of trustees of any university or college referred to in section 1713.12 of the Revised Code, whatever the number of trustees, if more than twenty, is or may become; but when the number is twenty or less, a majority thereof shall constitute a quorum.
