Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No trustee of a corporation referred to in section 1713.28 of the Revised Code, shall be eligible to any office or agency of the corporation to which a salary or emolument is attached, nor shall the trustees be allowed any salary, emoluments, or perquisites, except the right of free ingress to the grounds, rooms, and buildings of the corporation.
