Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1713.40, 1713.41, or 1713.42 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months.
