Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any religious society incorporated in this state, if the act of incorporation prescribes that its public religious services shall be conducted in any language other than English, may decide, by a vote of a majority of its adult members in good and regular standing who speak such prescribed language, whether its public religious services shall be conducted in any other language.
