Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Members of the chapter or trustees of corporations organized under sections 1715.18 and 1715.19 of the Revised Code, if chosen to take charge of any endowment fund, may invest, manage, and dispose of such fund in accordance with the purpose for which it was created, subject to such constitutional regulations as the representative body organizing the corporation prescribes.
