Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A society of men conducting religious services, performing Christian work, and co-operating for the mutual benefit of the membership shall be known as a young men's Christian association not for profit. When such a society has received the approval of the state young men's Christian association and has filed its application and certificate of approval with the secretary of state and paid a fee of ten dollars, the secretary of state shall issue to it articles of incorporation.
