Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly After the creation of a united corporation under sections 1715.32 to 1715.37, inclusive, of the Revised Code, any one or more organizations of like character may unite with and become a part of such corporation in accordance with such sections.
