Effective: June 1, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 522 - 127th General Assembly (A) Sections 1715.51 to 1715.59 of the Revised Code shall be construed as modifying, limiting, and superseding the 'Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act,' 114 Stat. 464, 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., with the exception of section 101 of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7001(a). (B) Sections 1715.51 to 1715.59 of the Revised Code shall not be construed as authorizing electronic delivery of any of the orders, notices, or documents described in section 103 of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7003(b).
