Effective: June 1, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 522 - 127th General Assembly In so far as is possible on and after June 1, 2009, sections 1715.51 to 1715.59 of the Revised Code shall be applied and construed to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of those sections among the states that enact the uniform prudent management of institutional funds act.
