Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The conviction of an agent or employee of cruelty to animals does not bar an action for cruelty to animals against his employer for allowing a state of facts to exist which will induce cruelty to animals on the part of such agent or employee.
