Effective: March 31, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 24 - 133rd General Assembly (A) Annually, a county humane society shall submit enforcement activity reports to the county sheriff. (B) Records of an enforcement activity by a humane society agent are public records under section 149.43 of the Revised Code, except that any such records that are confidential law enforcement investigatory records, as defined in division (A)(2) of section 149.43 of the Revised Code, are not public records.
