Effective: August 5, 1998 Latest Legislation: House Bill 600 - 122nd General Assembly Any exemptions under any law applying to agricultural products in the possession or under the control of the individual producer also shall apply to such products delivered by its producer members, as long as such products are in the possession or under the control of an agricultural cooperative.
