Effective: August 5, 1998 Latest Legislation: House Bill 600 - 122nd General Assembly (A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, this chapter applies to all associations, whether organized under this chapter prior to the effective date of this section or on or after that date.(B) Any law that is in conflict with this chapter shall be construed as not applying to associations provided for in this chapter.
