Effective: January 1, 1979 Latest Legislation: House Bill 356 - 112th General Assembly (A) An annual meeting of members for the election of directors and the consideration of reports to be presented before such meeting shall be held on the first Friday in March of each year unless another date is provided for in the articles or regulations. When the annual meeting is not held or directors are not elected thereat, they may be elected at a special meeting called for that purpose. Such special meeting shall be called as promptly as possible but in no event later than sixty days after the regular date scheduled for the annual meeting unless the superintendent of credit unions has consented to some later date.(B) Meetings of members shall be called and conducted in the manner and at the time and place stated in the regulations.
