Effective: July 14, 1987 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 149 - 117th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1733.44 of the Revised Code, or any order of the superintendent issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates division (C) of section 1733.327 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who is convicted of violating such division is also subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal or removal from office.
