Effective: July 2, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 281 - 125th General Assembly No insurance agent, broker, or other person shall advertise, solicit, negotiate, collect a premium on, or sell any enrollment in, a group self-insurance program in this state, unless the multiple employer welfare arrangement has a valid certificate of authority from the superintendent of insurance.
