Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 267 - 129th General Assembly Whenever with respect to the authorization or taking of any action by the members or the managers the governing principles require the vote, consent, waiver, or release of a greater proportion or number of the members or the managers than that otherwise required by law with respect to that authorization or taking of the action, the provisions of the governing principles shall control.
